Yes. We have 2 outdoor ceremony sites - the Hilltop & Lower Field. Also, we have an indoor space on the main floor and then the basement space in case of inclement weather.
Yes. We do offer an hourly rate to rent the upper or lower level of the barn for events such as birthday, graduation, retirement, and anniversary parties, as well as bridal and baby showers.
We provide the lower level of the barn for your ceremony in the case of inclement weather.
Yes. We offer several packages.
Yes, we love to give potential clients a tour of the barn and grounds. We do a lot of Sunday afternoon showings but can be flexible for work schedules.
You are only responsible for putting trash in cans, gathering personal belongings, and taking down décor. We do all the sweeping, mopping, and restroom cleaning.
Our indoor space along with the front and back porches can accommodate up to 180 guests for spring and summer weddings. For fall weddings the capacity is 150 since we use the porches for seating, and it is cooler then.
Yes. We have both a bridal suite for the bride and bridesmaids and a changing shed for the groom and groomsmen.
We have a generator tucked away out of ear shot for your Dj's sound plug in on the hilltop ceremony site and an electrical plug in for the lower field site.
We do not offer in-house catering services; however, we have a list of preferred vendors that we highly recommend.
Yes. We offer our clients an extensive list from caterers, DJs, Photographers, etc. to accommodations for out-of-town guests.
No. We do have a large fridge, chest freezer, and outlets for crocks and roasters. Caterers use chafing pans so they do not need an oven for keeping things warm.
Yes. We have RAMP-certified bartenders that our clients must use. Clients bring their own limited alcoholic drinks to the barn the day of set up before the wedding and go over the drink list with the bartender. No outside alcohol is permitted to be brought by guests or clients the day of the wedding.

Yes, our restrooms are code compliant.
We have several fans, numerous large vents, and 3 sets of sliding doors for cooling. We have wall space heaters as well as batten stripping over the walls to keep the chill off.
Yes, we have a couple of handicap spaces as well as a wrap-around driveway for drop offs if needed.
We do allow pets for the ceremony. Pets must be crated or taken off site for the reception.
No. We are not set up for that.
We just move a few tables after dinner for dancing as guests get up to go play corn hole, horse shoes, and visit the pergola area and other hang out spots.
We have a pergola swing set with fire pit and wood provided. We have corn hole boards and horse shoes. Also, we provide you with trash bags and trash disposal service as well as restroom supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.) Finally, we stock ice in our freezer and just track what is used for billing you at our cost.
